The award-winning and nationally recognized Funny Bus was recently voted ‘Best of Cleveland,’ and we’re excited to bring you this unique blend of laughter and learning.
Whether visiting town or a proud Cleveland local, you’ll enjoy exploring the city, laughing, and relaxing on this 90-minute bus tour. Laugh and learn with us on your next date night or girl’s night out, or kick-start a fun night on the town.
We always feature local comedians showcasing the highlights of our beloved city and the surrounding area.
Guests can bring their own beer and wine, too.
The Funny Bus has provided fun and excitement to guests of all ages since 2015 and offers tours in Charlotte, NC, and Atlanta, GA.

The Cleveland Funny Bus departs from Collision Bend Brewing Company, 1250 Old River Road, located on the East Bank of the Flats. There are several access points to the East Bank of the Flats from downtown Cleveland including West St. Clair Ave. and Huron Road. If approaching from the West, take West 25th Street and veer right onto Columbus Road to enter the Flats area. Follow signs to the East Bank. Guest can also take advantage of the Cleveland RTA rail system with the Green and Blue lines dropping guests just a few feet from Collision Bend Brewing Company.
There are several paid parking lots in the East Bank of the Flats, with one located directly adjacent to Collision Bend Brewing Company, and there is a limited amount of street parking. Guest can also take advantage of the Cleveland RTA rail system, with the Green and Blue lines dropping guests just a few feet from Collision Bend Brewing Company. Another seasonal option is the Cleveland Metro Parks Water Taxi, which transports guests for free from a large parking area on the West Bank to the East Bank – be sure to check their seasonal schedule here. Please plan ample time for parking so you arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time. The tour cannot wait for guests who arrive late.

Unless otherwise notified, tours run rain or shine. In the summer and warmer conditions, the bus is open-air and does NOT have air conditioning. During heavy rains, windows are covered with clear vinyl for your comfort. During colder weather, windows are also covered and heaters keep the bus warm and cozy. Please dress appropriately.
Each tour will last about 90 minutes with a 15-minute bathroom break in the middle of the tour. Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis within the two-person bench seats on the bus. If you have a ticket you have a seat and there isn’t a bad seat on the bus; however, if you have a larger group, we suggest you arrive early to secure seating next to each other. All sales are final and our policy is NO REFUNDS for any reason. In the rare event that management must cancel a tour, you will be issued a refund. If we are forced to cancel a tour for any reason, we will make every attempt to notify you at least two hours before your scheduled tour. All passengers will be notified using the contact information you provided during the booking process. Beer and wine only, please – no liquor allowed. If you bring a cooler, it must fit on your lap or under the seat. Passengers under the age of 21 are not permitted to consume alcoholic beverages and passengers are expected to comply with all local regulations. All beverages must be closed when you board the bus and no open containers will be allowed off the bus. Drinking alcohol on an empty stomach is not recommended and may cause dizziness, floppiness, embarrassment, nausea, swelling, and jail time. The jokes heard on the bus are adult in nature and are similar to what you would hear in a comedy club, thus, just like an R-rated movie, no one under 17 is permitted. The only exception is the PG-13 tour which is offered only in Charlotte, NC. There are no safety belts on the Funny Bus so for safety reasons, no car seats, small children, or babies are allowed. Refunds will not be issued for tickets purchased for small children or babies. The bus does not have a wheelchair lift. However, we do our best to accommodate all of our passengers and can store small mobility devices on the bus if necessary. Please call us to discuss your specific requirements. Gratuities are never expected but always appreciated. All gratuities are divided equally between the driver and the comedian. Your comedian will provide an opportunity for gratuities at the end of your tour. We also accept Venmo. Incidental charges are extremely rare; however, a charge can be incurred if a guest causes damage to the bus through vandalism or the release of bodily fluids (vomit, urine, etc..). The minimum charge is $100.00.
The Funny Bus Does Private Tours Too!
Gather your group and share some laughs on our private tours! Our tours accommodate up to 72 people across two buses, making them perfect for company events, team-building activities, and customer appreciation events. They’re also great for personal celebrations like family reunions, neighborhood gatherings, and birthdays. Feel free to bring beer and wine to liven up your private party, and we always stop at the halfway point for beverages and bathroom breaks. We can also customize the tour start times and pickup locations, although a surcharge may apply based on distance. If your group is smaller (20 people or more), you can still enjoy a discount on our regularly scheduled public tours.

Had an absolute blast. First off it is super convenient getting picked up in the flats at Collision Bend Brewery. The Funny Bus staff was warm and welcoming as we got on the bus. The interior was roomy and comfortable. Our small cooler fit perfectly under the seat and the seats even had a bottle opener attached. The tour was informative and the comedian was hilarious. Kudos to the funny bus as this has been long overdue for Cleveland. Can’t wait to book our next trip.
BYOB bar on wheels? Are You Kidding? Sign Me Up, Please. I laughed so hard I was rolling in my seat. Seriously, My cheeks hurt, and had to gently massage them at the end of the tour. I could tell that our tour guide/comedian, really enjoy & love what he do — and he’s good at it too!

Funny bus was a trip! The bus, staff and tour all clicked. Being able to bring adult beverages was a plus. Would only recommend if you want to laugh and have fun. Going to book the funny bus for our work outing.
